eLearner Site Quick Start Guide (first time users)

Step 1: Conduct a simple PC system check to make sure your PC is set up to access the training site – click here

Step 2: From the home page click Log In (http://msslive.skillport.com/), and enter your user name and sign in.
User name: your CA work email address
Password: Your password is welcome (unless you’re a current user who has updated his/her password)

Step 3: Locate courses by browsing the Catalog, or use the Search Engine to find course titles. When you find a course you wish to take click Add To My Plan. 


Step 4: Go to the My Plan page and launch your course.


The My Plan page holds all of the courses you are active with.


The My Progress page is a complete transcript of all courses you’ve accessed with current completion status.  You can print out certificates of completions for courses you’ve finished from this page.


Locate eBooks by clicking on the Books 24x7 link on the top navigation.
