How to Order

The procurement process is easy. California State Government Agencies use inter-agency fund transfer.  Local government and education contracting procedures vary.  Please contact your procurement office or the California Technology Agency.

All orders are to be placed directly with the California Technology Agency.

eLearning Subscription Options

Each option below is valid for 12 months starting on the date it is delivered to the user.  Subscriptions are for “named users” and may not be shared under any circumstances.

Course Subscription = $37.00 per user/employee

Part number:  1 (courses only)
Subscription includes unlimited access to all courses and resources (4,500+) described on the Courses page in this site.

Course & eBook Subscription (Business) = $99.00 per user/employee

Part number: 2 (courses & desktop/business books)
Subscription includes unlimited access to all courses and resources (option 1 above), PLUS Books24x7 Business and Desktop Software eBooks (5,000+ titles).  Users will receive one convenient login to access all resources. 

Course & eBook Subscription (IT) = $149.00 per user/employee

Part number: 3 (courses & information technology, desktop/business books)
Subscription includes unlimited access to all of the courses and resources (option 1 above), PLUS Books24x7 Information Technology, Business and Desktop Software eBooks (11,000+ titles).  Users will receive one convenient login to access all resources. 

Books24x7 is not available as a stand-alone product.

Customer administrators will receive employee course usage report data every month.  This data will include: employee name, email, course name, course number, completion status, completion date and assessment score.
