Introduction to Cobb County Online Training

Cobb County is pleased to bring you eLearning, featuring the My SkillSource online learning. This high quality training resource is now available free of charge to Cobb County employees!

My SkillSource is a web-hosted learning site available to subscribed participants anytime, anywhere they have access to the Internet.  The program provides self-directed training to improve knowledge and skills in the areas of:

  • Desktop Software Applications
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Organization & Time Management
  • Management & Leadership
  • Presentation Skills
  • Professional Development

  • Conflict Management
