Many technical problems can be resolved by confirming the following:

  • Pop-up blocker is turned off in your internet browser
  • Adobe Flash software is installed on your PC.
  • Run this System Self Check to see if your PC is set up to run eLearning courses.

Lost or Forgotten User Names & Passwords
If you are a registered program user and want to know what your user name and password are, go to the program eLearning log-in screen http://msslive.skillport.com and click the link(s) at the bottom of the page to request them.

System Requirements
You may access training from any PC or Mac with an Internet connection.
Basic PC and Mac requirements:

  • Operating systems: Windows XP or higher, MAC OS X 10.4 or higher
  • Supported browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari
  • Adobe Flash installed. Download Flash

If your PC security settings do not allow you to download software, please contact your internal helpdesk.
