For training site technical support choose from these support options. 

Note that after speaking with technical support you may be asked to contact your internal helpdesk for additional help. 

Many technical problems can be resolved by confirming the following: 
-Pop-up blocker is turned off in your internet browser
-Adobe Flash software is installed on your PC.

 

Lost or Forgotten User Names & Passwords

If you are a registered program user and want to know what your user name and password are, go to the program eLearning log-in screen and click the link(s) at the bottom of the page to request them.

 

System Requirements

You may access training from any PC with an internet connection. 

Basic PC requirements: 

-Operating systems: Windows XP or higher, MAC OS X 10.4-10.6 
-Internet browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari 
-Adobe Flash installed. Download Flash 

If your PC security settings don’t allow you to download software please contact your internal helpdesk.
