Macromedia's Shockwave Plug-in is required to access the My SkillSource self-study tutorials. If you do not have the plug-in installed, the tutorials and assessments will not launch. Shockwave, however, is not required to log-in to the site nor is it required to access many other site features including Online Instructor-Led Courses, Community Forums, and the Resource Center. |

Install Shockwave from your office Contact your local tech and have them install shockwave on your PC. They are expecting you to contact them! |

If you are accessing My SkillSource from outside of your office (ie: from home or anywhere else outside of your company firewall) you will need to download shockwave if it is not already running on your computer. Once the file is downloaded, install it onto your computer, following the instructions included with the file. Upon completion of the installation, you must close and reopen your browser before you log-on to My SkillSource. |
