Marketing and sales support is key to our team’s success.  As a marketing/sales support manager you will assist our direct sales force in writing sales letters and proposals, conducting product demonstrations, developing marketing support materials and completing web site related work.

This candidate will possess sales support or marketing experience.

Sales Support Manager Skills Requirements:

Ability to successfully present basic product information to customers and prospects
Strong technology skills and awareness – FrontPage/html, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to write and respond to proposals and RFP’s
Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Telemarketing Associate
As a Telemarketing Associate at Enterprise Training Solutions, you will be a member of a dynamic sales team. Responsibilities will include outbound calls to sales prospects and targeted call campaigns to active clients informing them of new products.

There will be opportunity to research and develop accounts independently and there is the opportunity for advancement into a full account executive position.

Typical activities:                                            
Daily phone activity; Calling clients, prospective customers.
Sales research on new client markets and segments, including phone research, Internet searches.
Scheduling meetings with clients.

Skills:
Effective communication skills, including excellent verbal and telephone skills.
Previous sales and or technology experience will be helpful.
 

Sales Representative

This candidate will possess business to business sales experience, selling to senior executive level contacts.

Implementation Specialist
Effective implementation is key to our customer's success, and essential to customer renewals. As an Implementation Specialist you will work with our customers, post sales, to help them become successful with My SkillSource (our on-line training program). You will build a rapport with customers, train them on our product, conduct customer Student and Manager orientation presentations, create internal customer promotions and execute other facets of our proprietary implementation process.

Candidate must possess these traits:
Highly energetic self starter
Reliable and consistent
Exceptional listening skills
Patient but forceful communication style
Ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts so they are readily understood
Positively impact our implementation service methods - challenge the status quo and uncover new directions
Willingness to travel (New York City/DC/California)

Candidate must posses these skills:
Software knowledge - Internet/Word/Power Point
Dynamic/effective presenter
Effectively project manage and multi task
Strong writing skills (email communication, presentations)
2-5 years business or education experience
College degree
