Cobb County is pleased to bring you eLearning, featuring the My SkillSource online learning program. This high quality training resource is now available free of charge to Cobb County employees!

My SkillSource is a web-hosted learning site available to subscribed participants anytime, anywhere they have access to the Internet. My SkillSource provides self-directed learning and reference opportunities to increase knowledge and skills in the areas of:

  • Earn Cobb County Training Credit - Course Completions will be noted in "On-Track." You can also print Course Completion Certificates directly from the My SkillSource Website. With My SkillSource you can get recognition for what you accomplish.
     

  • My SkillSource is convenient. Learn when and where you want, 24x7. Access training from work, home, or anywhere you have a PC and an internet connection.
     

  • Valuable training sessions can be completed in short segments (30-40 minutes) or entire courses can be taken over longer periods. You can plan out the training program that best suits your schedule.
     

  • My SkillSource is efficient. Students can learn what they need, when they need it, at their own pace, and can skip over extraneous information that they already know.
