-If you launch a course and nothing appears or you get an internal error: disable your pop-up blocker for Percipio courses - see instruction for different browsers here.
-Clear your browser cache (on your keyboard simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Delete and follow the prompts).
-Try a different browser (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
