An online professional development program is provided that reaches employees both in the United States and around the world. The program delivers over 1,500 self-paced courses and live webinars to over 500 users. Ongoing support is also given to the customer through orientation sessions for users in multiple time zones, consulting on usage trends and course completion reports with program administrators, guidance to individual users, periodic program reviews, and maintenance of eligible users/user accounts.
