This page provides quick start instruction for the most common eLearning administrator tasks - running repots and assigning courses to users Learning Plan.
For detailed step by step instruction on all admin capabilities refer to the Help button in the upper right corner of the Admin site (post login). Administrator and manager capabilities vary depending on assigned rights, and as a result administration rights vary.
To access these resources, log in to the training site and navigate to the Admin link under Quick Links. If you do not see this link you have not been assigned administrative or manager rights.
Assign Training to an Employee/User
This feature allows you to assign training (course, video, eBook) direct to an employee’s Learning Plan (or group of employees). This is useful when certain training is required or recommended. You can even schedule a target completion date and elect to have the system send reminder notices to complete.
Report: Training Activity
This report provides details on all employee training activity for a defined period including courses, video and eBooks. Data includes training title, type of training, completion status, completion date, etc. Use this report to share training data with management and to give employees training credit in their personnel file.
Report: Non Participating Users
This report provides details on employees that have not engaged any training within a defined time period. Use this report to contact those that have not taken training and encourage use.
Schedule a Report
You may schedule the reports above or any of the 25+ core reports to run on predetermined intervals. The report will automatically run according to the schedule to determine and the system will email you a notice when the report is ready.
