Enterprise Training developed a fully branded hosted solution linked to the customer's intranet. This provided employees with detailed program information including course accreditation/certification, participation instructions and site usage policy.
The outcome is a fully supported program that supplies the customer with a detailed step-by-step written plan to follow for program implementation. The plan tackled difficult issues like program preparation, installation, management sponsorship, supervisor awareness, employee on-line learning orientation and other culture-related issues.
Each employee is assigned a specific set of courses that are tied to factors like job role, mandatory content, management development and administrative staff requirements.
Learner management services are provided to aid in confirming course attendance and completion credit. Training liaisons within each agency department have administrative control and reporting capabilities over their respective department's employees.
Course completion data was integrated into PeopleSoft - their human resource management tool.

(Employees must get management approval before taking e-Learning courses.) Managers receive automated monthly course completion reports that assist them with employee development plans and account for employee time on-the-job versus training time.

With limited internal customer resources available for program management, make e-reference and courses available to all IT staff in support of employee development plans and general skill training.
Enterprise Training delivered a fully branded and hosted training website. We contributed significant program resources (including on-site meetings, webinars, Web services) to set-up, roll-out and manage the program on an ongoing basis. E-Register, our course registration and manager approval system, was employed to establish course completion objectives with managers receiving proactive reports on a monthly- and quarterly-basis.
A training lab was set up so that users have a quiet place to train during work hours. From there, users access courses and take virtual lab classes that allow them to practice new skills on actual IT equipment. IT e-books and manuals are available on demand from user workstations. Users get agency credit for course completion through integration with the resident employee management system.
