Q: What’s my user name and or password?
A: Username = your official government email address
Password = welcome (unless you updated it)

If you are a new user that has not been issued credentials request access from here
Q: How many hours of training can I enroll in?
A: 20 hours annually (term Oct 25 through Oct 24)
CP-18 reserves the right to adjust the annual hour allotment based on business/contract requirements
Q: Can I request additional training hours?
A: If you have “completed” 20 hours you may request additional hours (cp18proponencyteam@usace.army.mil )
Q: How do I unenroll from a course?
A: You may unenroll from a course for a period of 60 days from the enrollment date, beyond 60 days you may not unenroll. To unenroll login and go to the My Courses page and click the tiny "x" next to the course title (see screen grab below).
Q:What organizations accept CP-18 eLearning credit hours?
A: Filter the course catalog based and state and industry association CEU/PDU requirements (note this view is also on the Search Courses page post login): CEU/PDU Requirements
