Available Training

As a coordinator the best way to determine if a course is offered is to log into the training site and browse the Library or use the Search tool.

For account activation each employee must Register, it is also possible to manually add users to the training site (contact info@enterprisetraining.com).

Check User Status (user names and passwords)

To check a user account status follow these steps:
Login and go to: Users >>> User Management. Locate user and then Edit User (click the 3 dots) – this will display the users profile. Here you may Resend the Welcome message and or update the Password (then click Update at bottom of page)

If a user is not in the system or has Inactive status direct them to Register from the portal home page.

If they have Active status they are a valid user with active credentials.

The easiest way to notify user that they have a valid account is to click Resend Welcome Message and click Update.

Training Activity Reports

Training coordinators may run training activity reports as needed. Follow these steps:

Login and go to: Analytics >>> View All Reports >>> Learner Activity >>> enter a report date range (user name optional) and Display table (and or download to a csv file which can be saved in Excel)

eLearning Implementation - Best Practices

Here is a list of best practices for maximizing program value and the user learning experience. Online learning can be highly effective if the program administrators consider simple measures.

  • Educate supervisors and encourage them to allow employees "time on the job" to work on eLearning (most courses can be completed in 20-60 minutes) – note that ALDOT eLearning usage policy prevents users form taking courses that are not consistent with job role/function
  • Complete a few lessons yourself or reference an audio book or video and share your experience with management, peers and employees
  • Complete a few lessons yourself or reference an audio book or video and share your experience with management, peers and employees
  • While eLearning is efficient and convenient it’s key that effort is put toward creating an environment conducive to making use of these materials

Thanks very much for your help and support of this program!
