Your eLearning journey is well underway. As with a 5,000-mile
tune-up, make sure that all of the strategic elements are functioning properly,
and working in harmony. At this time, you can begin to judge the effectiveness
of your promotion strategy, and adjust accordingly.
Site
Activity: Are You On-Track?
One of your initial measurement goals may be site activity. Now is the time
to generate several summary reports and
explore the effectiveness of your strategy thus far. In this section we
will help you create the following reports:
Subscription Activation Report show me how
If you are using an enrollment key to activate subscriptions this report will show you who has enrolled.
Site Activity Report show me how
This report will show site log-in activity including first, last, and average number of log-ins. This report will indicate who is using My SkillSource and who is not.
Course Attendance Report show me how
This is the report to use to learn if your participants are taking and/or completing course lessons.
Note: the report recommendations above are intended to get you started. We encourage you to explore the variety of reporting options available to you!
It is important to review these reports and possibly modify your strategy based on your findings. Don't hesitate to contact us to assist you in the review and interpretation of these reports. Please contact:

In Closing
Like a good trainer, a solid eLearning program contributes to the organization's long-term vision. What skills and information do employees need to be more efficient and effective and move the company forward? Could business management skills be improved? Do your employees need to know more about E-Business or office productivity? Perhaps Cisco and Computer Professional courses would have a positive impact?
How can learning, not just training, maximize your employee talent pool and enhance the organizational culture at the same time? Keep these "big picture" thoughts in mind as you troubleshoot and focus on day-to-day delivery issues.
Using the Learning Management System, identify the department or employee of the month that has most enthusiastically embraced on-line learning - and recognize them publicly for their achievement.
