Macromedia's Shockwave Plug-in is required to access the My SkillSource self-study tutorials. If you do not have the plug-in installed, the tutorials and assessments will not launch. Shockwave, however, is not required to log-in to the site nor is it required to access many other site features including Online Instructor-Led Courses, Community Forums, and the Resource Center. |

Install Shockwave from your office If you are accessing My SkillSource from within your company office you will need to download shockwave if it is not already running on your computer. After clicking the download link below, please follow Macromedia's installation instructions. You may or may not need to restart your browser after installation, depending on your software, security settings, and browser version.
If you are behind a firewall or if your facility is blocking your ability to download the shockwave plug-in, please contact your training administrator for further instructions.
