Installing Shockwave
Installing Shockwave from within your office: If you are accessing My SkillSource from within your company office you need to confirm that shockwave has been installed on your computer before you access the My SkillSource site. If you are not sure, please contact your training administrator for further instructions.
Installing Shockwave from home: If you are accessing My SkillSource from outside of your office (ie: from home or anywhere else outside of your company firewall) you will need to download shockwave if it is not already running on your computer. Once the file is downloaded, install it onto your computer, following the instructions included with the file. Upon completion of the installation, you much close and reopen your browser before you log-on to My SkillSource. |
