The Challenge:

The client requires eLearning content compatible with the Oracle PeopleSoft management system (LMS). Content needs to be available to over 100,000 employees statewide, with updates available constantly to provide relevant, vital professional development options.

How We Solved It:

The PeopleSoft LMS integration process was fully supported by Enterprise Training Solutions, including LMS user interface design and functionality, catalog description and hierarchy. We also provide customer marketing and promotion activity across many state government departments and conduct information webinars to keep training liaisons up-to-date on program offerings and developments. Course usage status reports are provided to respective stakeholders at each participating state agency.

Training content accessed by employees through the LMS includes 6500+ courses, 11,000 eBooks, and over 10,000 instructional videos.
