The California state government requires course and eBook content for all state agencies and departments, but necessitates a model that allows each department to purchase resources in quantities that suit their needs. The client also requires that each internal organization has control over their training deployment schedule.

How We Solved It:

Enterprise Training Solutions hosts and fully supports the customer's web-based eLearning training site, offering a vast library of over 6,500 courses and eBooks to more than 10,000 employees. While the program is centrally managed, each state agency has the flexibility to manage and report on training activity individually.
