Courses: Quick Start Guide

Note: these instructions assume that you have been issued log-in credentials…

1)    Turn off pop-up blockers (in Explorer go to Tools, then Pop-up Blockers and disable this feature)

2)     Conduct a simple PC system check to make sure your PC is set up to access the training site – click here

3) From the home page click User Log-in (Courses), and enter your user name and password and Log-in

4) It is recommended that you change your password – once you have logged in click Update Password on the left hand navigation

5) Course(s) that you signed up for will be listed in the My Plan section of the home page

e-Books: Quick Start Guide

3) From the home page click User Log-in (eBooks), and enter your user name and password

4) Browse eBook categories on the right or use the Search Engine to find books of interest

5) Bookmark books that you will refer to often.

Resolving Technical Support Issues

If you have not already done so complete a PC system check (see number 2 above).

If the system check results prompt you to download certain software please attempt to complete the software download.   If you are not allowed to complete the software download, please contact your internal helpdesk or technical support team. Retain the system check results and share them with helpdesk personnel.

If you were allowed to complete software downloads and have rebooted your PC and this does not resolve your issue, please see contact vendor technical support:

Lost Username and Password

Please do not contact DCAS Training Center administrators for lost user log-in data. If you have lost your user name or password and would like to have them emailed to you follow these steps:
1) Go the DCAS Training Center eLearning

2) Click User Log-in (Courses or Books)

3) Click Forgot My User ID/Password and follow the instructions
