Program Overview


The NYC Citywide Training Center eLearning Program offers self-paced learning and reference opportunities to increase your skills and knowledge in the areas of information technology, desktop applications, and professional development.  The eLearning program provides management with an effective, cost-efficient training solution, and provides users with an excellent opportunity for skill development.

eLearning courses are a quick and efficient way for users to build skills at their own pace via the Internet. Users may take and re-take courses as necessary within the assigned 90-day access period. Specific lessons within a course may be taken to achieve more concentrated learning in a particular area of coursework.  Proficiency can be measured by taking the course assessment, and Course Completion Certificates are printable from the site. You may also earn continuing education units (CEU) and satisfy accreditation requirements where applicable.

2. Select a 90-day package from below:

Any 3 courses = $129 per user
Any 5 courses = $195 per user
Any 10 courses = $355 per user
E-book reference library (11,000 titles – 1 year access) = $159 per user

All Access Course Catalog option is available – please request pricing

3. Ensure that your office pc has access to www.nyc.gov/ctcelearning and passes the browser check at www.nyc.gov/ctcbrowsercheck

4. Submit a supervisor approved application with your selected titles to your agency training liaison, who will forward it to the Citywide Training Center for processing.  Print the application from here (click on CTC Open Enrollment Application): http://nyc.gov/html/dcas/html/resources/ctchome.shtml
