The Challenge:

Each of the county’s 1,300 employees need to take state approved training by October 9, 2019 to stay compliant with New York State’s 2018 sexual harassment training mandate. In addition to harassment prevention, the county also seeks to implement training to prevent and minimize Workplace Violence, under New York State's Public Employee Safety and Health Initiative (PESH). Beyond the mandate’s strict requirement for sexual harassment prevention training, the County’s EEO and Law Offices require training be sufficiently engaging, interactive, and compliant with state law.

How We Solved It:

A county-branded web portal, training course, harassment policy, and complaint form are provided to the customer. The setup and configuration of these items was completed ahead of schedule in just six weeks. 1,100 of the 1,300 employees completed their assigned courses several months ahead of the deadline.
