The customer has limited internal resources available for program management, which necessitates that e-reference and courses be made available to all IT staff in support of employee development plans and general skill training.
How We Solved It:
The customer has access to a fully-branded and hosted training website that is provided by Enterprise Training Solutions. A training lab is available so that users have a quiet place to train during work hours. From there, users can access courses and take virtual lab classes that allows them to practice new skills on actual IT equipment. IT eBooks and manuals are made available on demand from user workstations. Users can get agency credit for course completion through integration with the resident employee management system.
